A blog started in the Spring of 2014 for a social media course I took called, "You Are What You Tweet" at Sarah Lawrence College. For this project, I created an 'ethnographic blog' to study the YouTube landscape, exploring the role of the 'beauty and fashion blogger.' For the purposes of this study, I interviewed beauty bloggers that I found via YouTube and Twitter. I also developed my own 'Steps to Success' [blog title] to understand how these specific bloggers find success in this online community and digital landscape. This project incited my interest in social media and marketing.
